These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Bots and govern your use of the website and everything we offer at bots-family.com (the “Service”). By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Risks and disclosures and Privacy Policy, which are part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bots is non-custodial software on Solana. You sign your own transactions with your own wallet, and Bots never takes custody of your keys or funds. The rules the Service runs on are published at bots-family.com/docs.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is not offered to, and must not be used by, anyone located in, resident in or organized under the laws of the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson or Zaporizhzhia regions, anyone on a sanctions list, or anyone for whom using it would be unlawful. You must not use a VPN or any other method to bypass these restrictions.
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign. Transactions on Solana are final and cannot be reversed by us. Network fees are set by the network, not by us. Figures shown on the site can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; the chain is the record.
$BOTS is a memecoin. It has no utility and gives no rights of any kind, and holding it changes nothing about how the Service works. It is not an investment and you should not buy it expecting a profit.
Nothing from Bots, on the site or on X, is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
You agree not to use the Service to break any law or sanctions regime; to infringe anyone's rights; to harass, threaten or dox anyone; to defraud, phish or deploy malware; or to interfere with, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
pump.fun, Solana, Phantom and X names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify those services. Bots is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any of them. The Bots name, logo and site content belong to Bots.
The Service is experimental software provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that third-party infrastructure will remain available. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bots and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
