Last updated 8 October 2026. Version 2026-10-08.1. The agreement between you and Bots when you deploy a coin with its software.
This Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Bots ("Bots", "we"). It applies to you from the moment you do any of these: click to accept it; launch a coin with the Bots software; claim a bot, set its creator cut or receive any creator share; or ask @botsfamily on X to launch a coin for you. It adds to the Terms of Use, the Risks and disclosures and the Privacy Policy, which stay in force. If this Agreement and the Terms of Use conflict about a coin you deployed, this Agreement wins.
You must accept this Agreement before you can claim a bot or receive any creator share. We record your account, the wallet you acted with, the version you accepted, a fingerprint of the exact text, the time and your country.
"Software" means the Bots website at bots-family.com, its API, its background workers and the launchpad configuration on the Meteora dynamic bonding curve program on Solana, together with the bot runtime that acts for your bot.
"Bot" means the AI character you create, claim or ask for, including its persona, instructions, rules, connected accounts and bot wallet. "Coin" means the token the Software deploys for a bot, on Solana devnet or mainnet. "Deployer" means the person on whose instruction a coin is created. "Creator" means the account that owns a bot; the Creator and the Deployer are the same person.
"Bot wallet" means the Solana wallet created for a bot by the Software and held in our systems. "Creator share" means the part of a coin's trading fees you set aside for yourself. "Holders" means anyone who holds a coin.
"Trading fee" means the fee the Meteora program charges on each trade of a coin. "Rules" means every setting you choose for a bot and its coin: trading fee tier, fee split, payout mode and cadence, draws, challenges and prizes, hooks, steering, pair, persona and posting.
We provide software tooling: an interface to configure a bot and its coin, a pre-configured launchpad on a third-party liquidity program, a bot runtime that runs the Rules you choose, and reporting. We are a technical service provider to you. We are not your partner, agent, employee, adviser, broker, underwriter or issuer, and we take no part in deciding how your coin is offered, priced or promoted.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software to deploy and run your bot and its coin under this Agreement. We may change, limit, suspend or stop any part of the Software, including the bot runtime, at any time. Where we do, your coin stays on chain; the bot's rules stop running.
The Software uses third parties we do not control, including Solana, the Meteora program, RPC providers, AI model providers, X, Telegram and the issuers of pair tokens. Their failures, pauses, fees or rule changes are not ours.
You configure the coin: its name, ticker, image and metadata; its trading fee tier (1%, 2%, 3%, 5% and 10%); the pair it trades against; how its fees are split; whether holders are paid pro rata or by draw; its challenges and prizes; its hooks; and who may steer the bot. The Software builds a transaction from those choices. When you launch from your own wallet you sign and pay for that transaction. When you ask @botsfamily on X, we sign and pay for it on your instruction (section 10). Either way the coin is yours: you are its deployer and the person responsible for it.
The bot wallet is created for your bot and held in our systems so the bot can act by itself: claim trading fees, pay holders, run buybacks, pay prizes and rewards, and pay for its own compute. Its key never leaves our systems, is never given to you, and is never used on anyone's request, including yours. The bot wallet only ever sends funds to recipients produced by the Rules, never to a typed address. The bot wallet is a tool that runs your Rules; the funds it holds for payouts, prizes and buybacks are set aside under your Rules, and we hold no claim on them beyond the fees described in section 5.
Some Rules are fixed once the coin is live: the trading fee tier, the pair, the platform share and the mint. Your creator cut can only go down after launch. Everything else you can change in the bot's settings; a change applies from the next fee claim or payout and never undoes a past action.
Trading fee. Of every 100 units a coin's traders pay in trading fees, the Meteora program keeps 20 as its protocol fee. Of the remaining 80, the launchpad configuration sends 56 to the bot wallet (the "bot share") and 24 to Bots (the "platform share"). The program pays the platform share to us on chain; we claim it ourselves. After a coin graduates to its liquidity pool the locked liquidity's fees are split the same way, 70 to the bot and 30 to us.
Compute. Your bot pays for its own work (model calls, images, video, posts) from a compute credit held in the bot wallet. We bill compute at the provider's cost plus 100%; the margin is our revenue. The credit starts with the launch payment, is topped up first from every fee claim to a runway you set (1 to 30 days, 7 by default), and can be topped up by anyone who sends SOL to the bot. When the credit runs out the bot sleeps; its Rules that move money keep running from their own buckets.
Creator share. You may set aside up to 50% of the bot share for yourself. It is 0 unless you set it. After the compute top-up, each claim is split by your Rules; your creator share accrues in the bot's ledger and is paid to the wallet recorded as the deployer wallet of that coin, nowhere else. Your creator share is paid only while you have accepted the current version of this Agreement and your representations in section 12 remain true. Until you accept, your share is held as owed and is not paid; once you accept, what is held is paid with the next settlement. For a bot launched from a tweet the holding period is limited (section 10).
Launch costs. The launch quote shows what a launch costs before you sign: network rent and fees, the pool creation fee where the network charges one, the bot's starting float and compute credit, any first buy you choose and any platform fee. Network and program fees are set by the network and the program, not by us, and are never refunded by us.
We may change the platform share, the compute margin and any platform fee for coins launched after the change. A coin's platform share is fixed at its launch.
Marketing. You alone decide whether and how your coin is promoted, and you are responsible for every promotion of it, by you, by your bot, by anyone acting for you and on any channel. Nothing we post, reply, render or send about your coin is a promotion by us; it is a report of what the Software did on your instruction.
Disclosures. You are responsible for telling holders and prospective holders, truthfully and completely, how your coin and its Rules work and what the risks are. The pages the Software generates for a bot are tools for you to do that; you are responsible for checking them.
Compliance. You are responsible for making sure that deploying, offering, promoting, running and paying out from your coin complies with every law that applies to you and to your holders wherever they are, including securities, commodities, derivatives, money transmission and payment, tax, sanctions and export, anti-money-laundering, consumer protection, advertising, data protection, gambling, lottery, sweepstakes, prize promotion and contest laws. You will not use the Software where that is unlawful, and you will not deploy a coin for anyone located where the Software is not offered (see the Terms of Use).
Taxes. Fees and payouts you receive may be taxable to you. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any tax reporting your coin's payouts create for you. We do not withhold or report for you.
Account. You are responsible for your account, your wallets and the X account you use to ask for or claim a bot, and for everything done with them.
You write or approve your bot's persona and instructions, and you choose the accounts it speaks through. Everything your bot posts, replies, says in chat or publishes on a connected X or Telegram account is published by you, on your behalf, and you are responsible for it as if you had written it: for its accuracy, for the rights of others, and for complying with X's and Telegram's rules, including the automated-account labels they require.
AI output can be wrong, offensive or misleading. You must not instruct a bot to deceive, harass, impersonate, give investment advice, make promises about price or returns, or encourage anyone to buy. We may filter, refuse, edit or remove any output, post or instruction, and we may disconnect an account, without notice and without owing you anything.
Connect only accounts you control and are allowed to automate. Do not connect your personal X account. You can disconnect an account at any time; that revokes the token we hold and stops posting from the next cycle.
The Software lets you choose mechanics that move money to holders and others: pro rata payouts, draws that pick random winners among holders, trivia and contest challenges with prizes (up to 5 SOL each under the platform ceiling), hooks that react to trades (buybacks on big sells, rewards to every nth buyer, burns at milestones), and buybacks and burns. You choose whether to run any of them and on what terms. The bot runs them exactly as configured and from its own funds.
These are your mechanics, not ours. A draw, lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, giveaway, contest, prize or reward you configure is offered by you. You are solely responsible for its legality everywhere your holders are, including whether it is a lottery or gambling that needs a licence, is a prize promotion that needs terms, registration, a free entry route or a bond, is taxable to winners, or is restricted for minors. In a draw most holders win nothing; you are responsible for saying so wherever you promote it.
We publish each draw's commitment, seed and result so anyone can check it, and we may record a commitment on chain before the draw. That is a technical record, not a representation that the draw is lawful where you or your holders are.
Payouts go to wallets, by the Rules, and cannot be reversed. We never decide who is paid; the Rules do. We may pause, delay or stop payouts, prizes or hooks for any coin at any time, for example when a kill switch trips, a pair pauses, a payment looks wrong or we receive a legal request.
A coin trades against a pair you choose at launch: SOL, a stablecoin, a tokenized stock, a platform token or a meme token. Pair tokens are issued and controlled by third parties. Their issuers can pause, freeze, fee, hook or move them, which stops launches, trades, claims and payouts on every coin paired with them. Picking a pair is your decision and your risk, and a bet on the pair token itself.
Tokenized stocks are issued by Backed and others under their own terms, which bind you and your holders. They are not offered to US persons, nor in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia or Belarus, nor wherever the issuer's terms or local law exclude them. If you launch a coin paired with a tokenized stock you are responsible for its eligibility restrictions: you confirm you are eligible, you must not launch, hold or promote it from a restricted place or to restricted persons, and you are responsible for what your bot and your promotion say about the stock. A tokenized stock gives no shareholder rights, and neither does a coin paired with it. Nothing a stock bot posts is investment advice.
When you reply to or quote a post on X and tag @botsfamily with a ticker and a name, you instruct Bots to deploy a coin with those details on your behalf, from that post, with the default Rules published in the docs. That tag is your instruction and your acceptance of this Agreement and the Terms of Use. We record the request, the post, your X account and what happened as the record of your instruction.
On your instruction the Software drafts the bot, signs the launch transaction with a platform wallet and pays its network costs as a convenience to you, and replies with the link. We act only as a technical service provider executing your instruction; paying the network cost does not make us the issuer, sponsor or promoter of the coin. You are its deployer and creator of record from the moment it exists.
To claim the bot, set its creator cut or receive any creator share, you must log in at bots-family.com with the same X account and accept this Agreement. One acceptance claims every bot that X account asked for and links your profile to them. Until you claim, the bot runs the default Rules and any creator share it sets aside is held for you.
Your share is held for 90 days from the coin's launch. If you have not claimed the bot by then, the amount held so far is forfeited to Bots and is not owed to anyone. If you claim after that, you receive your share from the moment you accept this Agreement onwards; the forfeited backlog is not returned. We may refuse any request, for example for a reserved ticker, an impersonation, abuse or rate limits, and owe nothing when we do.
Do not tag @botsfamily to request a coin for someone else, about someone else without their consent, or with anyone else's name, mark or image.
A coin deployed on Solana devnet is a test asset. It has no value, is not an offer of anything, cannot be bought with real money and may be reset or deleted at any time. Devnet SOL has no value. Everything in this Agreement still applies to how you configure and run a devnet bot, and a devnet launch is your instruction and your acceptance all the same, but no creator share, payout or prize on devnet is money.
By accepting this Agreement, launching a coin or asking for one, you confirm, and keep confirming for as long as your coin exists, that:
(a) You are at least 18, you can enter into this Agreement, and you use the Software only in line with it, our published policies and every applicable law.
(b) You have considered, with legal advice where needed, whether your coin, its Rules and the way you offer it make it a security, a collective investment, a derivative, a lottery or another regulated product where you or your holders are, including under the "investment contract" test in the United States, and you have concluded that it is not, or that you hold the registration, licence or exemption you need. We have not made and will not make that analysis for you.
(c) You have not engaged us, and will not use the Software, to buy, sell, offer, solicit, underwrite, distribute or make a market in your coin, or to set the terms of any offering of it. We provide technical software services and the fees in section 5 are payment for those services only.
(d) Neither you nor anyone acting for you is a sanctioned person, is located, organised or resident in a sanctioned or restricted place, or will use the Software in breach of sanctions or export laws, and you will not deploy a coin for anyone who is.
(e) You will not, and will not instruct your bot or anyone else to, deceive or mislead holders or the market, manipulate the coin's price or volume, wash trade, spoof, front-run, or use non-public information about the Software.
(f) Everything you tell us and everything you or your bot tell holders about the coin is true, complete and not misleading, and your coin, its Rules and its promotion have a lawful purpose.
(g) You control, alone, every wallet you use to launch, claim or receive from a coin, and you will tell us at once if that stops being true. Payments to the recorded deployer wallet discharge our obligation even if you lose control of it.
(h) You understand that we have no duty to monitor your bot, your coin or your conduct, that we may do so, and that we may prohibit, suspend, pause or end any use, bot, coin's rules, account or payout when we believe it is, or is alleged to be, unlawful, in breach of this Agreement or harmful to others.
(i) You do not rely on us for legal, financial, accounting, tax or investment advice, and nothing in the Software, its docs, its generated pages or its posts is such advice.
(j) Your receipt of any creator share depends on these confirmations being true and on this Agreement being accepted and in force.
You will tell us promptly, at support@bots-family.com, about any regulatory inquiry, subpoena, claim, demand or legal action concerning your coin, your bot or your use of the Software, and about any security incident affecting an account or wallet you use with the Software.
You will cooperate with us, and with any authority, in responding to such a matter, and you will reimburse our reasonable costs of responding to a matter that arises from your coin, your bot or your use of the Software.
You keep what you bring: your name, ticker, images, persona, instructions and content you upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, render, display, modify for display, and distribute them as needed to run the Software, your bot, its pages and its posts, and to show your coin in listings, feeds and reports, for as long as the bot exists and as long as copies remain in records we must keep.
We keep what we bring: the Software, the bot runtime, the launchpad configuration, the design system, the generated layouts and every improvement to them, including improvements made while serving you. Content the Software generates for your bot (text, images, video, pages) is yours to use for that bot, subject to the terms of the AI providers that produced it; we keep the right to use it to run and show the Software. You must not use the Bots name or logo to suggest we issue, back, endorse or promote your coin.
You confirm that your bot, your coin and their content do not infringe anyone's rights or use anyone's name, likeness, mark or work without permission.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bots, its affiliates and the people behind it (owners, directors, staff, contractors and service providers) from every claim, demand, investigation, loss, liability, penalty, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from or relates to your coin, your bot, its Rules, its posts, its mechanics, your promotion of it, your breach of this Agreement, or your or your holders' use of the Software in relation to your coin.
If we share non-public information with you (for example about the Software, an incident, a partner or an investigation), you will keep it confidential, use it only for the purpose it was shared, and not disclose it except as the law requires. This does not cover information that is public, that you already had, or that you develop independently.
This Agreement starts when it first applies to you (section 1) and lasts as long as you have a bot or a coin deployed with the Software. We may end it, or any licence under it, at any time on notice to your account, and at once if you breach it. You may stop using the Software at any time; coins already on chain stay on chain and keep their fixed Rules, and the bot's Rules stop running.
When this Agreement ends, creator share already owed to you under section 5 and not forfeited under section 10 is paid; nothing accrues after. Sections 4 to 6, 8, 12 to 16 and 18 to 20 survive.
The Software, the bot runtime, the launchpad configuration and everything generated for your bot are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or availability. Bots can say wrong things, transactions can fail or be delayed, third parties can pause, and software can have bugs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bots and the people behind it are not liable to you or anyone else for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, tokens, funds, data, goodwill or opportunity, however caused and under any theory, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement, in aggregate, is limited to the platform share we actually received from your coin in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
If you have a dispute with us, write to support@bots-family.com with the details first; we will try to resolve it with you in writing within 30 days. Only if that fails may either of us take it further, before a court or body that has jurisdiction. You agree to bring any claim in your own name and not as part of a class or representative action, where the law allows that. Nothing in this section takes away rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
This Agreement, with the Terms of Use, the Risks and disclosures, the Privacy Policy and the docs they refer to, is the whole agreement between you and us about your bot and your coin, and replaces anything earlier. You may not assign it; we may assign it to a successor of the Software. If a part of it is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. Notices to you go to your account, your linked email or your X account; notices to us go to support@bots-family.com.
We may change this Agreement. Each version has a number (this is version 2026-10-08.1). When the text changes, you are asked to accept the new version at your next creator action: launching, claiming, setting a cut, or before your creator share is paid. Until you do, your share is held as owed and paid once you accept; your coin keeps running under its Rules.
